Ulyss Morinda begins the 2018 Indoor Circuit
After six weeks of much needed rest after having been on the road throughout the 2018 season (to Gross Vielgein, Samorin, Gijon…) our stallion very tranquilly returned to competition at the 2* CSI of Lier on the 18th of October 2018.
He started off gently on the Thursday with a 1.30m class which he flew round, followed on the Sunday by the 1.45/1.50m Grand Prix. Ulyss didn’t touch a single pole, neither in the warm up arena or on the course. However, he didn’t get to take part in the jump off because he was just 3/10ths of a second over the time allowed. He was nevertheless placed 11th.
He is ready for the Liege CSI on the 1st of November followed by the Rouen Equiseine on the 15th of November: a return to 4* level.
