Ulyss Morinda was placed 7th in the 1.50m class at the International Show Jumping at Bourg en Bresse (4*).
Ulyss Morinda and Rik Hemeryck were much remarked on at Bourg en Bresse. On the 24th of May Ulyss took part in the second Grand Prix qualifier (as Rik Hemeryck had already qualified the day before, Ulyss set off to take part in the competition under no pressure).
Our coloured stallion unrolled a fine clear round over a complicated course! But in view of the number of competitors and above all the high level of the partnerships taking part, there were 27 into the jump off! Ulyss and Rik were amongst the first to go. They went very speedily, were again clear and finished 7th, less than 2 seconds off the winning time (and 0.2 of a second from the rider placed 6th). Ulyss jumped fabulously and was much admired!
