He came out of this round with 4 faults after too great a leap at the water jump which changed the distance Rik Hemeryck was expecting to get before the following oxer! In short, a misunderstanding between the two of them led to a very big fault!
Still as zen and courageous as ever, Ulyss did not let this upset him at all. Without losing any concentration and not at all unnerved by the slip, he continued the 1.50m course with the same jumping quality, and therefore finished with only this one fault. We were very proud of him!
